First, scroll to the bottom of the website page. If you are on the home page you will see a button to submit a support ticket as shown below:
If you are not on the Home page you will see a support link in the menu at the bottom of the page as shown below:
Then you click on the New Ticket button as shown below:
Please fill out the ticket form and then click the Submit Ticket button as shown below:
That’s it, your ticket has been submitted. We will address your issue as soon as possible.
