First, you click on the Help link on the top of the page as shown below:
You then have the option to search for an answer to your issue in the Knowledge Base as shown below:
If you cannot find an answer to your issue in the Knowledge Base or if you need to contact us click on the Support Ticket link as shown below:
Then you click on the New Ticket button as shown below:
Please fill out the ticket form and then click the Submit Ticket button as shown below:
That’s it, your ticket has been submitted. We will address your issue as soon as possible.
